AMMA CUISINE is a specialized B2B supplier of premium Deglet Nour dates and date derivatives produced in our own facilities.

Our raw materials come from our own plantation as well as from direct cooperation with certified farmers in southern Tunisia. Processing takes place in our own factory, where we combine modern technology with traditional expertise.

We specialize exclusively in the Deglet Nour, which is valued worldwide for its delicate flavor and unique texture. This clear commitment allows us to ensure unparalleled expertise and product quality.

We supply exclusively to business customers with natural date products in organic quality (DE-ÖKO-001).

Note: All Date products are also available in conventional quality.

Rooted in Tradition Our story began in the Southern Tunisian oases, where the Mabrouk family has cultivated Deglet Nour dates for generations, mastering the art of traditional harvest.
A Direct Connection: Founder Mr. Sami Mabrouk established AMMA CUISINE to eliminate intermediaries. Our mission: Create a direct, transparent bridge between Tunisian farmers and global B2B buyers.
Vertical Integration: To ensure quality, we built our own state-of-the-art facility. We now control the entire value chain—from the palm tree to the shipping container.
Certified Excellence: Today, with full Organic Certification (DE-ÖKO-001), we combine traditional expertise with modern industrial standards to serve wholesalers worldwide.
